Hello Jack,

See my response above to Rob Macks. It was trying to go too fast with the resin and causing the resin to foam when spread out. I'm using West System with slow cure hardener. I live in a warm climate. The tiny little thermometer on my backpack said 78 F, but it could be wrong. I'm sure heat played a factor in the fast cure. The sealer coat cured much slower, but I took advantage of a cool day when I put that on.

The good news is the second try went without a hitch. Whew... what a relief!
