Totally depends on the epoxy you used and the temperature. Also depends on how much tape you needed (how much pressure did it require to mate hull and deck?!)

A couple tests:

Can you dent the epoxy/tape with your fingernail--if so, leave the tape!!)

Sand a small spot on the tape...if it balls or sticks, don't remove the tape. If sanding produces dust, you're probably okay.
