I have two of the handheld flares...I'd like to have one in my emergency kit...especially after reading Dan's mishap report on the Techniques BBS....but I can buy another (while I'm in the Puget Sound for SSTIKS) much easier than you can, so I'll get them both to you now.

Would love to work a cedar for flare exchange!!

By the way, I just finished reading both 'Path of the Paddle' and 'Song of the Paddle'. I love Mason's attitude toward nature, wilderness, life, and canoeing!
