: I don't have a lot of experience or success using power tools and minicell,,a
: 3" diameter hole saw hand held removes 1/4" chunks at a time,
: 4" coarse (16-28grit)handheld sanding discs finish it off.
I rough shape my minicell seats with a 4" Makita grinder and a chain saw tooth disk.
The fewer teeth on the disk the better, bigger chuncks, less dust, faster cut.
I have a couple fine tooth chain saw chain tooth disks that make a big dusty mess.
Gotta, clamp that foam seat down, use the side handle on the grinder, and hold your
elbows to your ribs like they're fused there. Slow smooth sweeps of the blade edge
does quick work on the foam.
All the best,
Rob Macks
