: Has anyone tried using heat to soften and 'reset' the epoxy ? I've

Just a cautionary note for what might lie ahead for you. I was able (just barely) to get the deck and hull mated and glued without resorting to heat, but when I cut the hatches, the lids reverted to the original curvature of the deck. I tried without success to heat bend the lids and managed to produce whitish streaks in the glass on the compression surface. With lots of clamps, epoxy, and glass, I glued struts with the correct curvature for the lid. Lesson learned - If you can bend it to fit, the epoxy and glass will hold it.
