Pretty much any fibreglass supplier can sell it to you. It is FAR cheaper to buy a reasonable amount, say a Kilo from a supplier for about $15, rather than a tube from a marine store which at ?$4 can extend out to several hundred $$ for the same amout. The pigments generally work with epoxies too (I've never had a problem).

However, you generally won't get a completely opaque color doing you finish this way and you are more likely to get a blotchy, translucent finish. You could use a gelcoat with airdry (wax) added, but then that's not the way to wet out cloth.

Best bet is probably an epoxy paint....
