GPS and Terraserver Maps

Sorry for the off-topic, but this goes somewhere between here and 'fish tales'. For GPS users, there's a neat bit of freeware called USAPhotomaps that takes track and waypoint info from your GPS and overlays it to Terraserver sat photos. Works in the other direction too - can set points on a sat image to download to GPS.

Haven't found a 'real' kayaking use for it yet, though it's fun to see a sat image of where you've paddled. Did use it to plot my local golf course into the GPS - worked amazingly well.
