My cable co. just changed hands and the new one gave me a deal I just can't refuse.
They upped my bill from $45.95 to $53.99 and then added another $6.00 for rent of the modem. ( that was already in the old co. billing )
Their explaination was that I didn't currently use T.V. cable ( only computer ) so they had to charge me extra for the limited access. If, however, I add T.V. access, they will only double the $45.95 bill.

Hey, I miss a couple of programs myself... So, I just invite myself to my neighbors house for dinner once in a while...
