No, the picture wouldn't open so I couldn't see your previous posts.

You drill your own holes in the Pygmy panels. On adjacent panels you drill one panel ahead of time (Pygmy instructions show how to make a neat jig) and then as you wire it together, you drill a hole in the other panel as close to "opposite" as you can. Even if the holes were predrilled, they are spaced a little apart becasue they are off the edge by about 1/4 inch, and you couln't line them up well enough by eye.

Do the full size panel drawings in your plans come with some sort of alignment mark on the drawing of each panel? You could then transfer this mark to your wood panels and use that just like I used the Pygmy butt-join lines.
