That makes three of us. I'm pretty sure I got that measurement from Nick's book. One thing I will add is that I am planing the whole rim at a slight angle downward from the top of the cockpit. This should make the sprayskirt sit more tightly against the lip for a better seal. If anyone disagrees let me know because tomorrow it will be too late!!!
