You see, I've got this sleek yak, built as per Tom Yost's directions. And let me tell you, it goes! Of course, my physique no doubt has a lot to do with it. So, I'm thinking to myself that if I paddle so fast and hit something, I'm going to need the latest in protection. I need Air Bags. So I went looking. I'm sure I could buy some, but that would violate the spirit of the whole endeavor. And I had to give up on trying to dismantle my Land Cruiser's dashboard to scavenge some when I realized it was far to old to have Air Bags of its own.
So now I have some nifty valves (thanks Shawn), and am hankering to whip up some dry/float bags for this yak o' mine. Any pointers or websites with directions?
ad delirium,
Wayne
