I may have been a little too harsh. All of the infomation is in there, and they are very helpfull when you call them. I just found that the way some of the way that things were phrased were confusing and a little backwards. I had a hard time seperating out intraductory and procedural statements. Which of course make perfect sence when you know what the instructions are trying to say. I would recommend to pygmy that they have their manualls reviewed by a technical writer.
