Well, I'm almost ready to order my first S&G kayak kit (Waters Dancing Solace 16XL). I've made room in the garage and am starting to think about a table to work on. I may have access to three 6'x2.5' folding tables. If not, I will likely build my own out of plywood and 2x4s. I'm leaning more towards building my own actually, just so I don't have to worry about messing up someone elses tables. So, what size table would be appropriate for a 16' multichine S&G kayak? If I buy one sheet of cheap 8'x4' plywood I could cut it lengthwise and have a pair of 2'x8' tables. Is that wide enough, or wouyld I need to just build two 8'x4' plywood tables? Do you guys have any ideas about this, or can you point me to any websites with some details?
