: Ken - I built my plywood table out of 2x4s and a single sheet of 1/2 OSB
: plywood cut down the middle to give me a 2x16 foot table. I started out
: with 4-8ft 2x4s... put two attached with a buttjoint style scrap piece of
: 2x4 on each side of the table and then chopped up small chunks of 2x4 to
: go across from each 16ft 2x4 for support...then simply cut my 4x8 piece of
: plywood down to 2x8 pieces and nailed them directly onto the top of my 2x4
: frame. Then I set the whole thing up on two saw horses.

Forgot to mention that I also built two cradles that match the profile of the front and rear bulkheads.. This helped to keep the proper shape of the hull in the early stages of stitching. Also left some room under the hull to lay down tools..etc.
