I guess I'm just strange because I don't use a table. I just use two sawhorses. I actually start on the floor until I have the sides stitched at the end with the center forms in place. I do have a table and benches off to the side that I put tools and other stuff on, but the kayak just sits on the sheerline on two sawhorse while it's upside down. When I turn it upright I just set two cradles on the sawhorses and place the hull in them.
