Hello All,
I am about to make the hatch lip for my Guilly, and I read in Nick's book to use six layers of 6 oz. cloth. Does he mean six pieces to make a lip or a lip that is six layers thick? That seems like an awfully thick lip, because i the book the lip in the picture looks as if it is only using 6 pieces, and I'm trying to watch the weight of the boat. Whats the minimum I can get away with?
Thanks in advance,
Dave
