Whats with all the S&G questions and no Strip ?'s. Guess all the strippers are done and out on the water. Hee Hee! Anyway I just finished my first hatch lip for the bow section last night and I just wanted to pass on what I feel was a labor saving idea. Instead of using wax I smeared silicone sealant on the underside of the hatch. I then covered the hatch in wax paper, timmed to size and sealed the seam between the deck and hatch with more silicone. I glassed up the lid last night and this morning when I inserted a thin strip of ash under the hardened lip the lid practically popped off. Hope this helps.
