I really should. Keep thinking I would run into him at some point, somewhere, but... Anyway, the smaller Cirrus he is thinking about would put it in the same range as Shearwater Merganser 16, which to me is a "medium volume" boat as opposed to a truly low/low-medium volume boat for smaller day paddlers. Many folks I run into are paddling with more volume than they need for most of the trips they do.
