Actually, the boat is overbuilt. It is 4 mm okume hull and 3 mm deck. The thing is he fiberglassed outside and inside (not just fillets). The cockpit floor actually has two layers of glass. The Murre weights in at almost 50 lbs. Still in the range of factory composite but heavier than could be with many S&G of this dimension. The boat is painted white and then coated with two part LPU.
