short, steep chop? it would be a wild ass guess on that, it's got plenty of rocker so I find that's nice for softening chop but flat panels and a skinny boat really don't lend itself to predictable handling in conflicted water, the length will send you through a lot of stuff, maybe that's inevitable with 22' of kayak? I doubt if it would have the 'rise up' to meet waves like a WS Northstar. What production doubles have you been in that "fit the bill"?
