Looks too purdy to put way down at the foot end of your cockpit where no one can see it!

I'd lay up some carbon fiber or fiberglass just on the rearward side of the arms, and possibly a layer on the foreward side. The rest looks to be sturdy enough, but I'd be leery of it breaking when you stomp hard, whether when pumping or eskimo-rolling. The rearward side (toward your feet) will be in tension when you pump, and that's where the cracking would start. Make sure to lay the cloth in the same direction as the arm, not bias cut, to take the load correctly.
