I've used 6oz cloth that's been folded and the creases came out. Are you speaking of creases that come from wrinkles developing?,,,when you lay the cloth out there shouldn't be any wrinkles,,if there are no wrinkles then careful application of resin and squeeging should introduce any. There's enough give in the cloth that some little wrinkles can flatten out when on the bias but they are small wrinkles. When did the creases/wrinkles develop? and no there isn't much do do except sand through them or have the kayak weigh an extra 10lbs to cover the high spots in the creases.
