I have had the same problem with cloth that was even rolled on delivery. Those hard to get out creases are ususally ones that are on the roll right from the factory, and it is almost impossible to get them to lay down. As mentioned, if found in cloth, I would not put it on any visible area of the boat. You can sand it out as Shawn says and simply either re-glass or only epoxy the area. The dealer tried to tell me it was my application, but after building countless boats and assisting on many more, I know it was not me. Needless to say I don't purchase from that dealer anymore as they were unwilling to accept any responsibility for a very visible flaw in the boat which had to be sold at a discount.
