I purchased some great veneer for my S&G from the guys in the website below. This is based in southern Ontario, they also have a US currency version of their website.

I purchased padauk, cherry and maple in matching pages. The veneer is 6-8" wide and 8-10' long but less than 1mm in thickness. They also carry solid stock.

I had the opportunity to visit their facility before Christmas. I am guessing that they had >100 veneer varieties on hand in sorted bins that I poked around in. Then we picked out the veneer I was looking for and they shipped it back to BC for when I returned home. I would certainly purchase from them again.
