No experience with Dado Blades per se, but have a lot with radial arm saws and table saws I own / have owned. Blade wobble is no good no matter what kind of blade is in the saw. The first thing I would check is if the Arbor fits the hole in the saw blade. Some blades have different size arbor knockouts that fit different size mounting arbors on the saw.

Secondly,if that is OK and the blade fits on with no real play, did you install the backing plates on the dado blede. There should be two, one on the back side of the blade and one under the tightening nut on the other side. without these in place, you might very well get blade wobble.
