I was out so long the first outing, that my back started aching so I had to standup just for a stretch. I was in a bunch of small cypress trees and only about 4' deep, I grabbed on to a tree and was able to stand to stretch, whew that felt good. I tried to balance, it was impossible, like standing on both ends of a 20" seesaw.

Might could pole it, but I would be concerned of sticking the pole in the muddy bottom just at the wrong time.

Those guys in Ecuador, have got to be getting wet often, unless, the boat is real heavy and most of the weight is in the bottom of the boat, hmmmm!
