Dear Russ,
Larry may be the best person to ask about surface prep for his epoxies, but Damn! You sanded a double all the way down to 0000 seel wool? That is impressive.
Have you used RAKA`s 5 oz before? If not I urge you to search the archives of this forum for a lot of good information about this glass. If you don`t have some experience with this stuff, and you are a 0000 steel wool guy you should know about it`s potential shortcomings.
