In my response earlier I overlooked that fact that you are filling outside seams. I guess this means your stitches are on the interior side of the hull?
My project was done with the stitches to the exterior. The interior hull seams were filleted with epoxy but not taped. I let the epoxy cure and then removed all the stitches. I then taped the interior hull joints and it is now rock solid. I still have my exterior joints to fill (although they are very small) and tape. Just thought I'd clarify since it may make a difference.
