I'm not sure it's "too bad". This is the same guy who sells backpacking gear that's so stripped down (lightness at all costs) that it's nearly useless and more or less disposable. I see his stuff on closeout racks all the time. If this boat is anything like his backpacking gear, it's not something that I would trust or pay any money for.
