Epoxy: Good Fiberglassing Summary?

OK, FINALLY getting close to fiberglassing. I've read many, many things over the past year or two, but am looking for a good summary of techniques, dos and don'ts, how long to wait between coats, when do you sand, etc. Any suggestions?
