: I used a shear clamp on the Explorer hybrid. I glued mine to the assembled
: hull, then beveled it in place. I placed waxed paper over the clamp while
: stripping. I placed the first deck strip so that it hung over the hull
: about 1/4", then planed/sanded fair after gluing the halves together.
: The transition came out well. A layer of bias 'glass tape on the outside
: finished it up.
