Seeking: lofting from offset problem/question

I am attempting to build a strip-built sea kayak from Nick Shade's book.
The offsets for the Guillemot single have blank cells in rows for forms #8, #9, and #10. I can not figure out how to complete the drawing of these forms on my graph paper. I do know this must have something to do with the placement of the cockpit and cockpit recess but, I can't figure it out. HELP!!!
