Well folks, I finally got the seal coat on the "L" with a little help and encouragement from my wife. I've been delaying because of a little frustration . . it seems that , since I've been a little slow, some of the wood has dried out a little more and some cracks have appeared??? I started out this aftenoon just a fussin' 'bout it, but, my wife came through with the best comment she could have ever made! And I quote, "You can just make the NEXT one better!" Tell me I don't have a yakin good wife!! So I shut my mouth, filled the cracks, put the seal coat on, and gave her a big kiss when she went to bed. (midnight shift)

So, guess I'm sort of obligated to get the glass on for the chemical bond. I'll be glassing the deck, recess, and coaming all together. I also stripped the thigh/knee braces in when I stripped the recess.

Now, if I can stay away from the Kayak Foundry program long enough to get it done. Yea, Ross' program is the other reason for my delay! The more I play with the program, the more I find I don't know about designing yaks.
