: I had a visitor while I was glassing the deck. A gopher crawled up on the
: concrete apron of my garage and sat there for over two hours, watching me
: work on the glass. I think he wanted to get in out of the heat, but my
: garage was 97* so he just stopped and sat at the doorway.

: Well, I finally calmed down a bit after I got the front half of the deck done
: and got all that fussin' behind me workin the glass around the cockpit
: recess and up the coaming plus gettin' some letterin' on. Then it hit me!
: Get the camera and take his picture or no one will believe it!

: I went in the house and got the camera and somethin' cool to drink and went
: back out. You guessed it! He was gone! I looked out and he was strokin'
: half way across the yard. So I just let him go without the photo. I guess
: when I quit fussin' and went inside, he thought I had give up and quit for
: the day.

: I told you you wouldn't believe it. And me and him are the only ones knows
: its true. But, you don't believe me cause I didn' get his picture - and he
: ain't talkin'. He wasn't much of a gopher anyway - had to get my own
: refreshments - an in all that heat too!

: Oh well! Anyway, I can prove I got the glass on the boat (at least part of
: it) cause I got a pic. And here it is!
