I think I'm due for some fun with this canoe after all the struggles. :-)

On the edges of the football, I just ran the ROS up and over the edge a couple times to take the sharpness off. The drop off seems pretty inconsequential so I was thinking the epoxy will just fill it up. Hope that's not a mistake. I probably should have brushed on a line of epoxy to make a smoother transition.

Dang, it's hard to think of everything.

On the stems, I realized too late that I hadn't rounded the edges off. Left the stems flat so there's no way the glass is going to curve around it. So we're just running the glass straight off the ends. I may put on a bias cut strip or will just epoxy it when I do the fill coats. They will be covered with brass stem bands so they should be ok. Any thoughts?
