Ok I know Ive posted once before on the subject but... instead of trying to get this stuff to cure ( I screwed up the mix big time, the week and a half drying time kinda hints at that no?) Ive managed to scrape the vast majority off the bottom of the 'yak (the only area with bad mix) so now there is a very tacky residue left with areas of say a millimeter or so of polymer exopy left, what would wipe/dissolve it off? Prefferably without sabatoge to the underlying material so I may introduce a new layer of poly onto it so as to finally have this kayak's bottom nice and smooth. other than that, this rebuild is coming along nicely indeed, cant wait to build strip kit!
