Thanks for your response. Here is a sketch of my situation. Some of the deck panels are misaligned for a portion of their length. This misalginment is 1 - 2mm high or low and could be 6" in length.
What I worked on this morning was to add straight epoxy/hardener as a "leveling" compound to take some of the jump out of the misalignment. I will scrape some of this off some time this afternoon.
I am looking for input on how much of a "jump" the glass can tolerate without creating an air bubble. (although I gues air bubbles can always be pierced).
