Well... I don't actually have a Guilly... But I did make my cockpit from my Guilly form - so it should be the right size!
Bummer. My skirt doesn't have a size on it! Anyway, what I did to get mine in the right size was to measure the outter edges of the coaming and to take those measurements to a 'yak shop (just length and width). They didn't know the sizes of their skirts either - but they did know which of their skirts fit their 'yaks and you can measure their 'yaks (or they should have the cockpit size on an info sheet somewhere) to find a close fit. Anyway, unless they're far too large (like your friend's) they are adjustable - to some degree!
