Bob, if you are south of the city, a place in west warwick, ri (Builders Surplus - on Industrial Way) has 5/4 x 6 Clear cedar decking, 14' long for $.99/linear foot; 5/4 x 6 clear mahogany (heavy) for .95/ft, up to 19 feet long, and they also have clear fir, 1x4 for $.49/ft. The place always has long lengths of clear pine, and you pick your own boards. Might be out of the way for you, though. Just a thought.
