Oh well, if I'd done if perfectly this time, what would be left to learn for the next boat? I don't consider it to be a serious issue. The gunnels will both cover some of it and break up that long expanse of wood so I doubt it will be noticeable at all.

Wish I'd seen this pointed out somewhere though. I don't remember ever seeing this waviness issue discussed in my long years of study. :-)
