: How is the quality of their kits? Anyone put one together?

This is a great kit for a first time builder. High quality stuff that goes together very easily. The results are a very pretty boat that is fun to paddle. I built a 17LT over a year ago and have paddled it for many a mile. I recently met some of CLC's staff at one of their demo outings. Great people. I highly recommend both the CLC boat and CLC the company. The CLC forum is really good for asking build questions since most of the forum junkies that hang out there have built their own CLC boat.

You can't go wrong by picking up one of their kits.
