Well...I think the idea has some merit. If I could find some place in my area where I could rent for a reasonable sum a small section...say 24 by 32...and build boats and other stuff I probably would. I think you would have a hard time if you just limit it to small boats...and maybe still if you open it up a bit to other stuff. I guess what I envision would be more on the lines of something like the rows of metal storage buildings you can find in some areas. I've been pricing renting a small commercial building in town and the prices they want are just unbelievable.
