Certainly you can sell anything you build. Just keep lowering the price until you do. You'll end up making 10 or 11 cents an hour...like I have done in the past. Building a boat takes at least some commitment and desire to enjoy that particular challenge. If you are simply trying to get a servicable boat with the least amount of money...then buy the plastic boat. Some of them are well designed and completely servicable.
