As of my visit to Bluff Point State Park yesterday, I see the State has made changes in the facilities. The Clivus toilets are boarded up and 2 portable toilets have replaced them. I did not see any picnic tables anywhere. This should have no effect on the boat aspects but in the past the roomy toilets were used often for changing and the tables for lunch and general relaxing. Bring DEET or other tick repellent. If you sit on the ground you will wish you had it.
