Her name is "Pyxis," which is the star that represents the compass needle of the Argo, which by the way rests on the horizon just off my porch where Pyxis was built.

Robert, you painted your name on your boat just before I did mine. Your posting came just as I was dreading all that lettering, but you had way more to do than me, so I couldn't complain. I started to mask it off like you did, but decided just to freehand it. I designed the logo, which has a shooting star going through the "x." I was going to "3 d" it with black paint, but it didn't look good, so I removed it and went with just the gold. A gold stripe down the sheer may follow... but for now I'm going to spend some time paddling!
