In Response To: Strip: Patterns on wood (Guy)
Prior to my gluing the paper patterns to the wood to make the forms I recall reading a post on this bulletin board, that others had experienced similar problems to those which you describe, using the Elmer spray adhesive. So I made sure to buy a different brand. I used 3M without any problems.
: Maybe this is a stupid question, but, i am having a tough time keeping my
: patterns glued to the wood while i am cutting them out. i am using elmers
: spray adhesive, but when the jig saw gets near the patterns, the patterns
: flip up. And when i cut close to the patterns, they beging to tear.
: does anybody have any suggestions. thanks Guy
