Thanks guys. I should have most of it wrapped up in June. But then there's the seats. It would be a shame to just do backbands... I'm thinking more along the lines of Adirondack Guideboat-style seats. Still not sure though. In all likelihood, I'll launch it after July 4 (Independence Day in the US) almost exactly the way it is now and take the kids around in it the rest of the summer. Then put it back up on blocks and keep fussing with it.... what can I say, that's my building style... going slow/goofing around/trying out new things :D

I'm kicking around the idea of a making a cedar strip reclining seat for it.
