My Night Heron is finally all in one piece & really looks like a boat. I did one exterior seam yesterday & will do the other today - I used the tape trick and it worked like a charm (although I got to worrying that the epoxy would harden too much if I left it until morning and I wound up down in my basement at 3 am cutting off the excess).

Today's question: what are some of your ideas for finishing the very tips of the boat? As it is, the exterior seam tape more or less comes to a point at each end and I can just sand it smooth, but I'm wondering if there are more elegant solutions.
