I have the Dewalt you're looking at. I chose it over the PC333VS because I found a deal at Harbor Freight. A second factor for me was that Dewalt uses 8-hole paper, Porter Cable 5-hole. It seems to me that the 8-hole stuff is slightly easier to find, as more brands seem to use it. Might be that I'm just looking in the wrong place. You could always get solid-sheet paper and make your own holes, although that seems like a bother. I'm not aware of any other incompatibilities.
