I am just starting to strip the deck of my CA Double. Stapleless...

I couldn't figure a way to keep the first strip in place(a lot of curve at the bow and I prefer to not use cheaters) so I hot-melted the heck out of it. Now I am beginning to worry about how much havoc I will cause when it comes time to separate.

Do I need to worry, or just forge ahead as if I had a lick of sense.
